AIMG | Accurate Imaging recently launched its newly designed corporate extranet application, marking the first time in the company’s fourteen year history that all internal AIMG systems have been consolidated and made available online through a centralized access. Designed to simplify administrative functions across departments and connect employees to common applications, documents and corporate services, the extranet allows each employee to log in to the system to record, track and access all job, client, and administrative services relating to them. The tracking and reporting application features job tickets administration, client information, hosting, billing, accounting, and more. The new extranet is a permission-based system so each employee only sees the items that pertain to him and his department, providing a clean presentation of items relating only to that particular user. The new architecture allows AIMG the flexibility to continue to expand the system as needed without affecting the daily functions it provides management, departments and employees.
